This policy explains how Infinite Beauty International (“we”, “us”) collects, uses, discloses and protects personal data through this website, in line with Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA).

Personal data we collect

When you send an enquiry through our contact or product enquiry forms, we collect:

  • your name, email address and phone number;
  • whether you are a brand owner, local distributor, retailer or consumer, and your country;
  • the product you are asking about, if any, and your message.

When you browse the website, Google Analytics collects information about your visit, such as the pages viewed, the type of device and browser, and an approximate location. This information does not identify you by name.

How we use your personal data

We use the personal data you give us to:

  • reply to your enquiry and discuss partnership, distribution or product opportunities;
  • keep a record of our communication with you;
  • understand how visitors use the website, so we can improve it.

We will not use your personal data for marketing unless you have agreed to it, and we do not sell your personal data.

By ticking the consent box and sending a form, you agree to us collecting and using your personal data for the purposes above. You may withdraw your consent at any time by emailing us. We will stop using your personal data for those purposes, although we may not then be able to reply to your enquiry.

Who we share it with

We share personal data only with service providers that help us run the website and handle enquiries, such as our website hosting, form-handling and email providers, and Google Analytics. They may only use it to provide their services to us. Some of these providers store data outside Singapore; we take reasonable steps to make sure your personal data receives a standard of protection comparable to the PDPA.

We may also disclose personal data where the law requires it.

How long we keep it

Form entries are kept in our form system for up to 12 months, then deleted. Emails about your enquiry are kept only as long as we need them for the purposes above or as required by law.

How we protect it

We use reasonable security arrangements to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, collection, use, disclosure, copying, modification or disposal. The website is served over an encrypted connection (HTTPS), and the forms are protected against spam and automated abuse.

Cookies

Google Analytics uses cookies to measure visits to the website. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the website will still work.

Access and correction

You may ask us for access to the personal data we hold about you, or ask us to correct it, by emailing us. We will reply as soon as reasonably possible.
